- In a large skillet or on a Blackstone griddle, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring until the veggies are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
This can be served hot on its own, over rice or noodles. Add extra soy sauce or hot sauce for added flavor.
