- In a bowl, combine chicken slices with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, broccoli, onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Serving
