Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Cooking
- Roast in the preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden and crispy.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
