Bread Batter
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil Or melted butter
  • 0.5 cup Milk Or buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Apples Peeled and chopped
Streusel Topping
  • 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.33 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons Cold butter Cubed

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, oil, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chopped apples until evenly distributed.
  6. Prepare streusel by mixing flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle streusel evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool in pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. For extra flavor, add chopped walnuts or a drizzle of glaze after cooling.
