- Brew the black tea by steeping the tea bags in hot water for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove tea bags and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine chopped mango and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until the mango is very soft.
- Mash or blend the mango mixture, then strain it through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
- Add the strained mango liquid to the brewed tea. Stir in honey until fully dissolved.
- Let the mango iced tea cool, then refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice and enjoy.
Notes
For a caffeine-free version, replace black tea with herbal tea. Adjust sweetness based on mango ripeness.
