  • 16 slices White sandwich bread (crusts removed)
  • 0.75 cup Butter, melted
Cream Cheese Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin, spread a thin layer of cream cheese filling, then roll tightly.
  5. Dip each roll into melted butter, then coat evenly with cinnamon sugar.
  6. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm for best texture. For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cream cheese or whole wheat bread.
