- Brush the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of each tilapia fillet.
Cooking
- Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
- Once done, remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
For the best crispiness, ensure that the tilapia fillets are patted dry before seasoning. Feel free to customize the spices to your liking. Adding panko breadcrumbs to the seasoning mix can provide extra crunch.
