Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  2. Add lemon juice and zest to the skillet and mix well.
  3. Place the chicken in the skillet and spoon the garlic lemon butter sauce over the top.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
